Lilian Kamau holds a Bachelor of Psychology and has experience in community-based mental health work. Through volunteer engagement in Mathare, she gained valuable insight into the psychosocial needs of individuals in underserved settings, strengthening her commitment to accessible mental health support.
She is currently volunteering with the Foundation at the Nairobi Children Rescue Centre, where she is actively developing skills in child-focused psychosocial support and play-based approaches. Lilian is passionate about continuous learning and contributing to interventions that promote emotional well-being and resilience among children and communities.
